Welcome to That Derm Juice. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our site or purchasing our products.

1. Products & Orders

• All products are made fresh and cold-pressed using organic ingredients. Product availability is subject to change without notice.
• Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
• By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and that the information provided is accurate and complete.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

2. Delivery & Shipping

• We currently deliver within 50 miles of Pensacola, FL. Orders outside our delivery zone may not be fulfilled.
• Shipped orders are packed in insulated, refrigerated boxes and sent frozen in BPA-free plastic to ensure freshness.
• Local pickup orders are available in glass bottles. Pickup times are coordinated directly with the customer via email or phone.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather, or circumstances outside our control.
• Free shipping is available on orders over $60. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

3. Refunds & Returns

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
• If your order arrives damaged or compromised, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
• Refunds are issued at our discretion and may be provided as store credit or a replacement order.

4. Health Disclaimer

• Our products are food and beverage items, not medical treatments or pharmaceutical products.

5. Pop-Up Events

• Pop-up event bookings are subject to availability and confirmed via email within 24–48 hours of your request.
• Event details, pricing, and logistics are discussed and agreed upon prior to confirmation.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will work to reschedule at your convenience.

6. Wholesale

• Wholesale inquiries are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee a wholesale agreement.
• Wholesale pricing, minimum order quantities, and terms are discussed directly with approved partners.

7. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, That Derm Juice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.
